State Championship Football

Mikayla is playing in the pep band before the State Championship Football Game on November 22. It was a beautiful day. She isn't even wearing a coat. Rochelle is busy with Pom. I obviously am making them look into the sun! After the big win against Wray she is with her best buddy Kade!! The Rams are now on a 39 game winning streak. They are 39-0 and are the three time State Champions. That is a school record. Their defense only allowed 41 total points to be scored on them this entire year including the playoffs.

Halloween. She and a little friend of hers went along and they

had a lot of fun. I think the most fun is hiding the candy from

the rest of the family!

LPAA League Champions

Mikayla's 8th Grade Volleyball team finished their Jr. High career undefeated in volleyball and the LPAA League Champions. Mikayla was sad to see it end since she will not be playing volleyball in high school. She has decided to play softball in high school. She really played very well this year and showed a ton of improvement. Her only downfall was serving. She served a volleyball like she was coming from a catcher's crouch to throw out a runner at second. That doesn't make for very many successful serves!

All-Conference Honorable Mention

Rochelle had a great softball season. She played catcher for the first part of the season and then moved to shortstop when our other catcher became eligible because of the transfer rule. We are very proud of her she made 3A All-Conference Honorable Mention.

Nerd Day

This is Mikayla on "Nerd Day" She typically doesn't dress this way. She stopped by her dad's house and asked to borrow a shirt. He asked what for and she told him it was for nerd day. He told her "I don't have any nerd shirts." She said, "Dad any of your shirts will do!"
